Hopefully you guys like flare legs just as much as I do, because I wear them all the time!  One of the biggest rules in fashion is that if you're wearing something oversize on top, then the bottom should be fitted (or vice versa).  I didn't follow that at all with this look, and love the outcome.  This is exactly why I don't believe in 'rules' when it comes to fashion.  There are some general guidelines to follow, but they're just around to help you put something together in a no fail way.  Don't take them as set in stone rules because style is very personal and should be fun for you! 

Having over-sized pieces on both top and bottom can be frumpy, so to avoid that I did a half tuck on the side.  I LOVE a good half tuck.  Doing a slightly off centered one is my personal preference, because it looks casual and effortless.  In a professional setting, make sure it is centered and clean, otherwise it can look sloppy.
