APRÈS MOI

  I think I mentioned in my last post how I traveled to San Diego at the end of the month for my 26th birthday.  I'm surprised that I am willing to confess my age to you guys, because I am starting to feel a bit old, but yet I feel younger than being 25.  Does/did anyone else feel that way?
Anyways, before I left on the mini vaca I got a few new pieces, these jeans and tank included.  I've had my eye on these jeans for YEARS.  Now that I have them, I don't know why I waited so long to buy them.  My love affair with them has been non-stop.  The only thing preventing me from wearing them 5 days a week is the 90 degree weather.  If you wear black jeans a lot, invest in a good pair.  Quality black jeans won't fade on you or stretch out.  Denim is the number one thing I believe is worth investing in. 
On the other side of the spectrum, I'm also in love with this $13 tank from Target!  Target is the best place for tanks and t-shirts and a lot of the time they have trendier cuts and prints that retail elsewhere for $50.  Make sure you take the time to feel the fabric though, some of the pieces feel and look cheap.  Every now and then they come out with a cotton and modal t-shirt, it's my favorite.  Soft, doesn't wrinkle, isn't see-through and is the perfect fit.
