Rust

Whenever I visit the downtown of my city, I pass this older area on my way home and it has this awesome green door at the top of some stairs! The mat that I'm standing on is all rusted metal, and the hardware on the door is old as well.  I just love it! It makes me feel like I'm back in Italy.  When I studied abroad there I lived in an apartment from the 19th century.  To get into the building there was a bright teal door that was all beat up but we loved it.  :)  I love places that are older but have a lot of character.  Anyways, I thought it made the perfect background for my favorite new red hat.  <3
