Crested Plumes

So you may remember this dress in this post I did back in November.  It's back, but for the summer time!  I try to make it so that most pieces in my wardrobe can be worn through out the year.  It's all about layering! This dress was picked up from Thred-up, if you haven't heard of them they're like a huge online consignment store.  I've gotten several new and used items from there and I love them all.  This dress was new with tags (over $200) and I believe I got it for around $25 or so! Score! I would definitely recommend checking them out if you love scoring deals.  You can return items as well (which is important!) and it's free shipping if you use the return amount as store credit. 

 Because I was wearing this dress in the day time, I didn't feel comfortable having the side cut outs showing, so I layered my trusty target vest over the top.  I'm consistently pulling for this vest lately, as it's the perfect layering piece for this weather.  This vest is no longer available but I linked similar ones below.  Keep in mind they run on the boxier side since they're over sized, so I suggest sizing down.
